I am writing as your constituent to ask you to support No More Falls — Josh's Legacy and to read The Joshua Test draft Green Paper.

Joshua Robbins was 23 when he died after a communal guardrail at his home gave way. The campaign is calling for a continuing legal duty requiring those responsible for residential fall-protection structures to demonstrate, with recorded evidence, that they remain capable of protecting life.

Please raise this proposal with the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government and support action to strengthen inspection, maintenance and accountability for residential balustrades, balconies and communal railings.
